How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Most domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on the teeth of our aluminum shredders. If a tooth ever breaks or dulls under normal use, we will replace the unit for you.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used.
How should I clean and maintain my shredder?
We recommend cleaning your shredder with 91% or higher Isopropyl alcohol. For the best results, soak the pieces for 30 minutes and use a soft brush to remove any remaining debris before rinsing with warm water.
